Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of talespinstories.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Orders and contract formation Placing an order on the Site is an offer by you to buy the products in your order. We will send you an order confirmation email, but this does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract between you and us is only formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email, or when we deliver the goods to you, whichever happens first.

3. Pricing and payment All prices are shown in GBP and, where applicable, include UK VAT at the prevailing rate. We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but errors may occasionally occur; if we discover a pricing error in your order, we will contact you before dispatch to give you the option to reconfirm or cancel. Payment is taken at the time of order.

4. Delivery Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you provide.

5. Your right to cancel If you are a consumer buying from us in the UK, you have a legal right to cancel your order and receive a refund. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.

6. Faulty or misdescribed goods Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on how long you have owned the item.

7. Our liability We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law. Subject to this, our liability to you for losses arising from your use of the Site or a contract with us is limited to the price you paid for the relevant products.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your order will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

9. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version published on the Site at the time you place your order.
