Refund Policy

Your right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This 14-day period starts the day after you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods.

To cancel, contact us at tomb@talespinstories.com with your order number before the 14-day period ends. You can also use our contact details in writing.

Returning goods Once you've told us you want to cancel, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us. Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging where possible, and in the same condition you received them. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we tell you otherwise or the goods are faulty.

Refunds We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or, if earlier, within 14 days of you providing evidence that you've sent the goods back). Refunds are made to your original payment method. We may make a deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what's necessary to check their nature and function.

Original standard delivery charges are refundable; if you chose a premium delivery option, we'll only refund the cost of our standard delivery.

Faulty or damaged goods If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you're covered separately under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — this is in addition to your 14-day cancellation right above:

• Within 30 days of purchase, you're entitled to a full refund for faulty goods.
• After 30 days, we'll offer a repair or replacement in the first instance.
• If a repair or replacement isn't possible or doesn't fix the problem, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund.

Contact us at tomb@talespinstories.com with your order number and details of the fault, and we'll arrange next steps, including a free return where the goods are faulty.

Exclusions Some goods aren't eligible for cancellation under the Regulations, for example items made to your specification or clearly personalised, unless faulty. Any exclusions specific to individual products will be stated clearly on the product page.
