Processing time Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Delivery areas and costs We currently ship to the United Kingdom. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

Delivery times Estimated delivery times are:

• Standard UK delivery: 3–5 business days
• Express UK delivery: 1–2 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by factors outside our control (for example courier delays, weather, or public holidays).

Tracking Where available, tracking information will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.

Missing or delayed parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at tomb@talespinstories.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the courier.
